Services
Stackedge provides AI-powered vertical SaaS products including but not limited to: Briefy, Kompete, TenderAlert, Investoria, NegotiQ, VisaDoc, DealScout, SEOSnap. Each product has its own pricing and delivery terms displayed on its respective page.
Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
- One-time payments are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
Acceptable use
You may not use Stackedge products to:
- Violate any applicable law
- Resell or redistribute outputs without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
Intellectual property
All Stackedge products, branding, and AI-generated outputs delivered to you are owned by Stackedge. You retain rights to data you submit.
Limitation of liability
Stackedge provides services "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Always verify critical information independently.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
